It depends how fast your swing is and how accurate you are with your clubs.

This depends on your swing speed. If you swing very fast then you don't need as much flex to give extra distance, as your swing gives you that, so you want stiff shafts. However, if your swing speed is more of an average speed, then regular shafts would be best. I would probably recommend regular steel shafts as stiff steel shafts would be much harder to hit consistently. Hope this helps!

The stiff shaft is for the better player with a faster swing speed while the regular shaft is for the everyday golfer.
